This project applies this logic to digital platforms, arguing that economic value is not generated solely by five-star praise; negative reviews can likewise move, gain visibility, and enter commercial loops. Using London Haidilao on Xiaohongshu (RED) as a case, it asks: How do negative evaluations become part of an economic cycle?
